These work exactly as expected. They're easy to hold and easy to use and do a good job.
I like the way this makes my eyelashes look, but it did take some getting used to. My eyelashes have no natural curl (Asian) so an eyelash curler is a must. This eyelash curler actually pinched my under eye bag when I first started using it. I did take it way easier after that happened, because that hurt! One thing I would ask to change is to not paint this tool black. When I put my lashes in there, I can't see them, because my lashes are black. And, the black paint would flake off when I first started using it. I don't think this tool looks any cooler because it's black, chrome would be fine. So, there was some getting used to things with this tool, but now I have figured it out and haven't been pinched again.
I have loved and used this brand for 6 years now. I have other curlers I use for my to go makeup bag and go out bag (I like being prepared!) this brand has never let me down when it comes to the quality of their curler or the curl pad.The difference I see with this curler compared to others is their isn’t any spring action but the the handles still move in a smooth action. The curl comes from the pad which is super bouncy and fat and the pressure you apply. I always get a soft rounded curl and have never pulled out nay hairs and even if I wear mascara my lashes have never stuck. This is probably because the pad leaves a rounded curl and not a 45 degree angle curl like most curlers. The pad always last super long. This is even cheaper then one of the highly reviewed curler I bought recently and works better.Yes, you only get 1 refill pad but again they last super long and this doesn’t look as fat or sturdy as others but it is, it’s a good quality metal. You’ll get a natural curl you can build instead of a clamped look lash. What you don’t get- that curl that makes your lashes tickle your eyelid!Great curler.
I ordered this eyelash curler because I’ve had this brand before and loved it! Unfortunately I waited a full month to get this curler sent to me (which is fine, it told me it would). However, when I got it I was only able to use it for 3 weeks consecutively until it broke. It’s not something I can repair because it’s where the metal is supposed to be attached. I’m so disappointed because when it was working it did so well! :(
First, the presentation is fabulous! It arrives in an entirely sealed little plastic box. Now, remove this from the box and you will see how nice this feels in-hand. Super comfortable!This is easy to use and does not tug or pull my lashes. I always curl my lashes before I use mascara, so the pink padded area remains perfectly clean (but it can be gently wiped down with alcohol if needed).It performs exactly as imagined!It is cute, has great/safe packaging, and works perfect! Highly recommended!
