I used to own a lash curler just like this one about 16 years ago, so as far as nostalgia is concerned this gets a 100. However the quality of this product is not what the original one was. The upper stationary presserbar is rather sharp and if you aren't careful leaves a sharp kink in your lashes, the rubber strip holder is chipped in two different places but does not seem to affect the curlers ability to do its job. Overall not a bad product, just when you have to be careful with.
Broke the first time I used it. Took a long time to arrive. Disappointed
